How long we keep your personal information
Tenderbirds will delete your personal information once the purposes of the data collection have been achieved. We are by law required to delete personal information (of those who are not clients) after 2 years, to which we comply. In case this term is prolonged or shortened, we will comply as well.

Tenderbirds will not share your personal information with a third-party unless (1) doing so is necessary to carry out our agreement or (2) when we are by law required to do so. We will sign an information processing agreement with those parties that process your information during the course of our agreement. Tenderbirds remains responsible for the processing.
